01:48
02:16
uh, your, uh, messages I up Greg, Harmon’s trying to get a link to get home. So I want to thank you all for being here today. And, um, like I said earlier, this is like the fifth in a series, uh, of, um, webinar’s been doing relating to the code, that team of virus. And what I’ve said is,
02:16
02:37
you know, it’s gone in stages and I think we’re at a stage now where people are trying to figure out, uh, what they should be doing and, uh, whatever. But, uh, so I’m going to do this today is a little different, we’re not going to have, uh, a, uh, presentation presentation with a, with a PowerPoint.
02:38
03:02
So we have four and hopefully we’ll have five before we get through here today, lawyers from across the nation, they’re all masterminds and, uh, they’re leaders in their market. They’re very, they think outside the box and that’s why I asked them to be here today. So, uh, each one kind of introduce or Shanda, you can start followed by Justin.
03:02
03:24
And then Jason, to just tell a little bit about yourself, what you do, what kind of law you practice, where you’re at. Okay. Thanks. Hi everyone. My name is Lashanda council Rogers, and I’m located in Atlanta, Georgia. I’m the owner of council and associates. Well, we are a personal injury law firm. We handle automobile accidents,
03:24
03:53
uh, trucking accidents and daycare center abuse claims. Okay. Jus Justin. Yeah. I’m attorney Justin. Lovely. I practice in Myrtle beach, South Carolina with my wife and law partner. We practice criminal defense, civil rights, Serious injury cases. Jason. Hi, I’m Jason Melton. Uh, the law firm is called whittle and Melton and we’re in central Florida.
03:53
04:16
We’re based out of SpringHill, Florida, which is not a very large community, but basically the triangle between Gainesville and Tampa and Orlando is where we practice all types of personal injury, wrongful death, a statewide criminal defense and employment law. Okay, great. So one of the things that we know is that people have a, you know, with all the lockdowns and shelter,
04:16
04:42
ENS is that people are way more on the social media. And so we’ve been advocating that you get more on that, take some of your spin and put it and transfer it from wherever you got it, like TV or whatever. Put it in some social media like Facebook and Twitter or whatever. So, uh, videos too. And so these lawyers took the lead and have done some great things.
04:42
05:00
So I want to start with, let’s show him the ladies first and I want you to, do you need Eric to share? Give me the screen? Yes. Okay. So we all came over to the screen and then let’s talk about what you did, why you did it, how it worked, the whole different things you did. Okay. Okay.
05:00
05:27
Okay. So for me, I wanted to take, um, advantage, uh, everybody being at home glued to their phones constantly. Cause I know I have been researching trying to get updates and if they’re in my approach, instead of being a Salvey for instance, um, my method has been more about community involvement and supporting other businesses during this time.
05:28
05:59
Um, the reason behind that is one, I am a proponent of small businesses and two, I wanted to, uh, give other people a platform to have access to my followers and twofold. I wanted to have access to their followers so that once they started to settle, they would, uh, know me as someone that constantly bought them content. So now I’m going to try to show some things on my Facebook and you all,
05:59
06:32
let me know if you can see it. Can you all see it? Yes. Okay. So this is my farms, a Facebook page and that’s us there. Um, last week obviously was the draft. And let me see me wait for this page to load here. And so what we did was we invited a former Atlanta brave and Atlanta Falcons main is Brian Jordan.
06:32
07:06
He’s at the bottom right corner. And there’s a local DJ who is on one of our more, used to be one on one of the morning shows in Atlanta and the person on the bottom left. She’s eight family law attorney. So she and I, um, there’s no competing there. I do PR she does family law. And so basically we talked about the draft and some of their draft predictions and how they felt about social distancing and,
07:06
07:36
um, Corona buyers, as it relates to sports. And you can see, um, this theory, it reached 6,570 people, and we had 632 engagements. The one thing that I did with this one that was different, I actually paid about maybe I think, $25 to boost it in a target market. And so that was great for us because we got a lot of engagements.
07:36
08:02
A lot of people actually watch the video. And I could tell that we did have an uptick in calls that following. Well, actually Saturday, we got a lot of calls from people watching this on Thursday. And then we started getting calls on Monday. And if we advertised it a few days before, so everybody knew, you know, there was going to be an NFL and major league baseball player.
08:03
08:28
They were going to be talking to another familiar face who was gripped the comedian on another post that I did. And obviously my computer’s a little slow here. Let me go down. Well, this one, I just did a little tick talk cause you know, if that’s the new thing and my daughter told me I was too old to be on tick tock.
08:28
08:46
So I, I said, well, no, I can still be on, ticktock shoot a video. So we shot this video and we just made it about the farm because this is like my home studio right now. And I wanted people to see that, you know, we were still working, but I, again, I didn’t want to be salesy about it.
08:47
09:14
So people obviously liked that one and we’ll go to this one. This, what we did was we had a DJ and we spoke with a local doctor and a filmmaker about an upcoming film that she was doing. So this was a way for her to get her film out there. The doctor was talking about coronavirus issues and then we had some music going.
09:15
09:40
So, and you see that one got about 2,800 and engagement. The one that most people have asked me about is, and I’ll go down. That one was a local makeup artist. She was talking about her makeup. We had a local kids DJ, as it comes out, we’ll see if we can get down there. And we marketed this segment.
09:40
10:00
Once we get to it as a time for parents to just kinda have some relief from their kids, because I, you know, I’m a parent and homeschooling has definitely been taken a toll on me. And so this guy here, his name is DJ Willie. While I will see if I can play some of this. Oh, maybe not. That’s me.
10:02
10:41
He’s a kid’s DJ. So parents really enjoy, um, this one because How did you get the block, Brian Jordan and this DJ to do it? Okay. Basically what this DJ did was he entertained the kids for an hour and parents, you know, they really, really enjoyed that because all they had to do was park the kids in front of the screen and they were able to,
10:41
11:06
um, basically get some relief from the kids. Cause I know I shamefully, I need some relief every now and then. So basically I just went into my Rolodex of people who had small businesses who had projects that were going on and I said, Hey, let’s just do a live. And you advertise to your audience. I’ll advertise to mine. And it was simple.
11:06
11:33
These are people that I would help anyway. And they were very appreciative and it got my name out and our firm’s name out to a lot of different people in different industries. So that’s what I’ve been doing. I’ve been doing Facebook lives and nothing fancy, just press live and just going, going forward. And definitely our engagement has definitely been up. So basically what you’re doing is just what I call a cross endorsement,
11:36
11:57
actively endorse. It. It’s like a silent, False endorsement. Cause he didn’t endorse him. His people, his Paul was you and you were endorsing him or whoever that person might be. So that that’s how they had some very smart idea. And you can do that with a lot of different, you can do that newsletters and whatever, but I think it’s really cool on the social media.
11:57
12:19
That’s where everybody’s at. I got a question. How did you get lucky? Did you have to pay the DJ? Did you have to pay Brian Jordan to come on these? Well, I paid the DJ, um, something nominal, just kind of like a donation because he was telling me that, well, I saw one of his posts that he lost a lot of his gigs because you know,
12:19
12:36
people were canceling and I said, well, Hey, I’ll, you know, I’ll give you some money, let’s do this. Let’s try it out. And with Brian Jordan, I, uh, I know him personally, so I didn’t have to pay for him and the other DJ. I know them. So I didn’t have to pay for those. Thank goodness.
12:36
12:57
Um, but I did pay the DJ to do it, but parents, they loved it, especially, um, the Instagram side of it. We broadcast it on Facebook and Instagram simultaneously. And we got more engagement from Instagram for that one, but still none. The less people were asking when I’m going to do it again. So I’ll definitely do it again.
12:59
13:15
Oh great. And so you did see an uptick in your calls after this? I did. I did. They were like, Oh, we saw the talk show and I was like, well wait, what talks to you? But I know what it means, you know, for people it’s, it was the Facebook lives, you know, every now and then whatever the conversation was,
13:15
13:36
I would put it out there. Oh, well, you know, as a personal injury attorney, we see that we think this is going to happen. So nothing salesy at all, just phew. I dropped a few little nuggets every now and then how about the farmer? Good deal. Good deal. Well done. Thank you. Alright, can do so,
13:36
14:10
uh, Jefferson lovely. Hey, Can you, uh, share some of the things you’ve done? Sure. Eric, can you give him a screen? Right. But we realized real quick, everything was going South. Um, and so we had to reallocate a lot of things. So let me see here. So it’s showing the whole screen Screen now.
14:11
14:28
So I’m going to hold for wide, the monitor here. So yeah, we realized real quick that, uh, you know, the regular stuff wasn’t working, uh, calls plummeted here at the beach. They closed the beach down. All the tourism industry was, is gone. Still’s gone. Okay. But, uh, the first thing I noticed,
14:28
14:47
I was watching my kids at home and they kept working puzzles. Right. So I was like, look, what makes it puzzles? So I got a vendor out in China, uh, to make these for like a thousand piece puzzle for like two 50 a piece. And so we’ve got these on the way and hopefully, uh, we’re going to implement these if we’re still in lockdown.
14:48
15:11
And if we’re not, I’m going to put them in all the hotels and short term, uh, rental houses around town. Um, but that, that’s kinda one thing we were doing. We got the face masks we’ve been given out. So we’ve made custom alcohol wipes. And luckily we got those before most of them, uh, sold out around no around the United States and we’ve got those to kind of give away and we’re going to use those when we reopened,
15:12
15:34
uh, the biggest thing we’ve started doing and we’re getting a lot of traction for is not only, you know, helping parents at home, but helping local charities and something that we’ve been focusing on is helping meals on wheels. Cause I’ll help them in the past as far as our motorcycle benefits and everything with the firm. So we started a coloring contest that we’ve been promoting on our,
15:34
15:51
uh, daily Facebook videos. And, um, you know, I’m basically given every, every parent whose child and as these, I’m done it, a dollar to meals on wheels. Of course, at the end, I’m going to give a big donation that really matter how many I get, but we’ve been promoting this every day and we’re getting, we’re getting parents and kids,
15:51
16:06
uh, you know, throwing these in melanoma man. And we just made a little drawing and we put it out. We told them we’ll mail it to them and just have the kids draw it just like Leshanna to keep, keep, uh, give them some relief, you know, throughout the day. Cause I’m in the same boat, our kids,
16:06
16:23
I get kind of crazy through the day and getting restless. So this gives them a little bit to do and turn in at the same time, we’re donating to, you know, meals on wheels to just get your local printer, to print that up, to do that. Yeah. We’ll have one of my staff make, they made this in Canva in like 10 minutes.
16:24
16:45
And then we added the PDF to our website. We have a dedicated COVID-19 page on our website and uh, you know, we drive them to grab that traffic layer to download and then print it home. Or if they need us to print it for them, you know, we’ll mail it out, you know, to the parent. Um, we get back here and then another thing that we’ve been doing,
16:45
17:10
and this was twofold. Um, so it’s not really helping me as far as direct cases, but I’ve noticed, and I’m sure everybody’s in this same boat, you’re on zoom every day or going to go to meeting every day. So I just thought, you know, I start listening to my staff just talk cause they’ve been away so long. And so I just picked a few who actually carry the conversations during our meetings and I’ve been doing a daily lunch with lovely Facebook live.
17:11
17:29
Mmm. So we, we do this, I think it’s actually going live now there’s some of our, uh, entries, uh, but we promote this daily Facebook live. We don’t talk about law at all. And it is the reason, again, it’s two fold. I want them, the staff meet and miss each other being in the office every day.
17:30
17:45
Um, I’ll push pause. What’s the story? Well, the staff miss each other, uh, every day, uh, and then I’m using it as a Facebook live video, obviously for my audience. So they can just kind of get to know us, you know, get to know like, and trust us and then they’ll come back and, you know,
17:45
18:01
hopefully hire us later when everything gets back to business, but we’re doing it every day and we’re calling it lunch with lovely. And we just talk about, we just talking about what we’re eating and what’s going on with everybody’s life. And we stay on there 30 to 45 minutes and I’ve been doing it every day. So, uh, I haven’t boosted it yet.
18:01
18:16
Like Rashonda Dave, I’m gonna try to add that to get a little more engagement, but we’ve had a lot of views and a lot of likes I’m simultaneously posting this to YouTube. So we’re building out a little YouTube playlist as well, and I’m going to keep this going on. I’m gonna keep it going on afterwards. Uh, in some form, you know,
18:16
18:42
once we get back back to full business, uh, and here it is, you know, here it is on our HRA. It’s going live right now, actually on YouTube. Uh, but cross, cross posting on both, both, both big video platforms. Let’s see what else we’ve done. Okay. Uh, okay. Our digital billboards. So we changed up our digital billboard,
18:42
19:01
uh, footprint. Basically we removed all our call to actions and we’re basically doing a salute to the frontline soldiers, or I guess they are soldiers, frontline heroes, you know, the, the first responders and EMS cops. And that’s kinda just my logo on one side and then another it’s linked to the, uh, for those workers on the other.
19:01
19:23
Um, let’s see here, we moved all our TV to news programming cause everybody’s watching the news. So we kinda got away from all the other, you know, regular comedy shows or anything like that, but everything on, uh, news programming, uh, and then the thing that I’m launching and we’re going to announce next week, I have another company,
19:23
19:40
our traffic school, we are going to do a free traffic class for all these first responders sponsored by the lovely law firm. And so we’re going to announce that on our Facebook live show and hopefully get a bunch of, uh, first responders, EMS workers, nurses, we’re going to give them a free class to get them a, a, you know,
19:40
19:58
an insurance point reduction where when they get out of here, at least they’ll save some money on their insurance and we we’re going to do that through zoom. Um, so that’s something we’re doing, um, and just try to stay out there, you know, every way that we possibly can, whether it’s Facebook, digital, you know, a little bit of TV,
19:58
20:16
if they’re at home, um, that’s kind of what we’re doing and giving the masks away. Yeah. Those maps kind of match. You’re giving away a name of the motorcycle, man. Yeah. Are you seeing my screen? Are you seeing my video? See, I’m seeing a screen and I’ve sent you a video. Okay. Well I’m done with the screen.
20:16
20:37
We’ll take it off. But this is, we’ve got these tubular masks that we had. Yeah. The motorcycle masks, If I can take this off here. Yeah. And you know, we had our bike week, our bike week was a, and these are bandanas foot over your head so you can wear them anyway anyway, but our bike week was canceled.
20:37
21:04
So I had a bunch of this motorcycle swag leftover that we were going to give away. And so it would just happen. We had these masks, I’m giving those away. We had these custom alcohol wipes made. We’re giving we’re giving these away. Um, other than that, that’s pretty much it Jason. So, um, inside the office, um,
21:05
21:23
you know, one of the things I did, I picked up from one of our masterminds was, uh, just calling, um, calling clients that, uh, frankly I wasn’t even working on their cases. Like maybe one of the associates was working on them. Um, uh, you know, and literally just calling to see how they were doing.
21:24
21:46
It was really nothing more than that. I randomly called like 15 clients out of the blue all one day left. A lot of messages, had some people call me back and just say, thanks, which was really nice. And then I had some phone conversations with some people that I hadn’t personally met that were really interesting. One of them pick up their cell phone in New York city while they were volunteering in an ICU as a nurse.
21:47
22:03
And that was a fascinating conversation. And one I never would have had if I wouldn’t have just randomly called clients for no reason, other than to say hello and see how they’re doing and if they needed my help for anything. And I would encourage everyone to do that. Um, that’s definitely a phone call that they will remember forever and they will probably tell their friends about,
22:03
22:23
and it’s probably better than any marketing you could ever do. Um, and, uh, so Ken, thanks for that idea that wasn’t mine. Um, in terms of ideas, uh, one of the things that I learned about three and a half weeks ago was that firefighters. Um, if you guys know have clients that are firefighters or you work with firefighters,
22:23
22:39
one of the things you learn about them is that oftentimes they have two jobs, they’re a firefighter, but because of the way the shifts work, they have other jobs, they call them secondary employment. And for a lot of folks, because firefighters are not, it’s not a terribly lucrative job, that’s a big part of their ability to take care of their families.
22:39
23:05
Their second job. Well, one of the problems with this pandemic is that many of the firehouses in the country have a required their firefighters to stop working their secondary employment because of contamination. They don’t want them to bring home anything from the other office or whatever, right? So that’s created a, like, like a, an exponential hardship for firefighters. Not only are they doing all the work that we want them to do,
23:05
23:26
but they’re also not even getting, uh, the normal income stream that they normally have. So, um, what I did is I just immediately started talking to firefighters. I’m like community, including the fire chief and some other folks I started sending lunch over. I know it seems so silly, but like one of the first things I did is I just sent lunch over one day to one of the firehouses and they put it on their Facebook page.
23:26
23:45
And there was like, you know, for my small community, there was like 200 and something engagements on. Um, the fact that I bought, you know, $70 worth of, you know, um, steak and cheese sandwiches, it’s not a big deal, but it means a lot to them. And the tie in was of course the secondary employment issue and buying them lunch,
23:45
24:06
right. Because they have limited funds right now, and yet they’re doing this work. And so I wanted to help them out this week. I’m actually going to deliver a five 50 inch screen TVs to five different firehouses, um, same kind of deal, the idea being that, um, you know, they’re having to give up even more than I think they’re being even recognized for.
24:06
24:22
I’ve not heard of any doctors like being paid less, um, or nurses being paid less. In fact, I’ve, I’ve my understanding is they’re even getting overtime probably for a lot of their work. The firemen are literally making less money doing that, their work. And that includes the EMT is at least in Florida. I don’t know how other States work,
24:22
24:45
but that they usually work hand in hand. So I think that’s a, uh, a good place for us to do some things and maybe educate the public about that, uh, sector of our public work system. Um, w right now on our Facebook pages, we’re giving away gift cards to, um, to different first responders. So we have basically have a campaign where people have to like,
24:45
25:06
like the page and then a tag that first responder, who they want to nominate as a local hero and then say something nice about them. We just started it on Friday. Um, it’s gotten a lot of, of, of activity. Um, it’s been interesting because it’s only been on for two days. Most of the comments have been pay them all,
25:06
25:22
you know, give everybody a Pat on the back. Uh, which of course, I’m not going to be giving a gift card to everybody. Who’s a first responder. Um, but it’s gotten a lot of activity and, you know, if people want to participate in the program, that’s great. If they don’t, I still think it’s, it’s a good message that we’re,
25:22
25:37
that we’re interested in doing that. And folks want to participate in, we’ll get a few entries and that’ll be fine, but I think that that just started on Friday. So we’ll see how it’s going right now. The traction’s has been good. Um, it’s just, the responses have been kind of odd. Um, uh, I th I LaShondra,
25:37
25:54
I totally agree with you about being supportive of, of local businesses. That was the, one of the very first things I did and started reaching out about local restaurants that were giving food to people and, and this sort of thing. I think it’s really important. Um, as you know, that’s a good place for us later on when the stuff isn’t going on to get work,
25:55
26:15
um, because those folks are just like us, we employ, you know, 10, 20, 30 people, they do the same and we’re all very similar businesses. Um, so I think that’s definitely a good idea adjusting your puzzle is fantastic. It’s so good. I’m definitely stealing that. Um, really, really good. Um, the other thing I would just say is that,
26:15
26:37
um, don’t, don’t ignore LinkedIn. Um, LinkedIn is great for all, like when you were talking about the draft earlier, Rashonda I talked to him about the draft, I’ve talked about, um, other issues like secondary employment firefighters and, uh, you know, other professionals just like we’re, uh, folks are glued to Facebook. I think professionals are kind of glued to LinkedIn right now,
26:37
26:57
too. Cause they’re not hanging out with other professionals like they normally do. They’re not going on to their friends. They’re not going the office. And so don’t forget about LinkedIn in terms of, of doing social media. It’s a really good, really good source. And then lastly, um, you know, it, this is like a stress test for our offices in terms of employees.
26:58
27:15
And, um, you know, I think if you really pay attention to what your employees are doing and how they’re working and stuff, you’re going to see who your real people are in. Probably when we get out of this, we’re going to find out that some of these folks probably could have worked from home to begin with, which is, I can tell you that for me is,
27:16
27:36
is, is tough because I have long believed that nobody works from home. Um, I mean, not, not lawyers, but everybody else, everyone has to come in. I really believe in the collective, uh, you know, environment and that sort of culture and everything. But you were seeing people doing producing really good work from home. It’s really been interesting.
27:37
27:58
Yeah. I’m hearing that all over. We’re great. Well, thank you for sharing it, my friend. Thank you, Greg. You made it. Yeah. I’m still in, into the wrong webinar. Currently. You’re playing in two different places or something. Cause I was, I was on some other panel or something wondering why I couldn’t get it.
28:01
28:22
Yep. Tell us, uh, and if you walk the screen, the air can give you the screen jealous, put your, what kind of practice, things like that. And then You want to enlarge myself or just stay away. I’m here to spend away yours. Okay. Um, I’m Greg Herman, uh, ha I’m in Corpus Christi, Texas.
28:22
28:43
We have an office in San Antonio, Texas, Brownsville, Texas, and, uh, McAllen, Texas. But you’re down in the Rio Grande Valley, right by Mexico. Um, did personal injury, uh, like most of you guys, um, you know, our bread and butter is car wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, and trucking accidents. And you know,
28:43
29:04
of course we’ll handle any kind of personal injury. We do a little bit of med mal, a little bit of products, liability. Um, anything else in my introduction I was supposed to cover? No. I mean, you can tell how many log ins you have, but you don’t want to have to, Well, typically 15 now, maybe 16,

including me. We got three in San Antonio, one in Macallan, one in San and one in, uh, three in San Antonio, one of McCowen went to Brownsville and then I think here in Corpus, we’ve got whatever the rest of that is 11 or something. Yep. Uh, so I’m not here. How to pull up my Facebook page here.
29:25
29:46
I think Eric or somebody tell me if I just claiming this screen that it would show up, but it’s not, I don’t see it showing up here, so I’m not, I can do this. I can do this. I can do that, but it’s really hard to see. Mmm. Anyway, I’ll just tell you what, what we’re doing.
29:47
30:14
Um, so we’re giving away face masks. Uh, we’ve already given away 8,000. Um, I’ve got another 50,000 coming in next week. Um, we’re giving away in Corpus, San Antonio, Brownsville and McCowen. Um, the hard parts going to be logistics. Um, the staff loves it, the staff, um, they were, they helped us give them,
30:14
30:34
give a bunch of them away at a place called Brewster street ice house, which volunteered their location for us last time. Because the first time we did our office, which we blocked every street around her office, just clogged up the whole city. People couldn’t get through to the hospital. So the city asked us to move it somewhere else. So we did it on the South side of town at this place called bursters.
30:35
30:55
And now they’re asking us to sponsor a deal with them where different bands who can’t find work, uh, that normally play in clubs and stuff, um, are gonna come play every week at Brewster’s and people will pull up in their cars and you know, that you have to stay in your car and they’ll come out and, you know, do curbside delivery to you.
30:56
31:16
And, uh, so we’re going to sponsor that for at least the next four weeks. Um, anyway, we’ve got aerial drone footage. If Amber wants to look at it on our, on our Facebook page, you can see it goes around the Brewsters and then in the back and it, and it, uh, in the parking lot. And then it goes out one street and then way down,
31:16
31:40
another big, long street. And, uh, the, the response has just been unbelievable. And all we did was put it on Facebook. I mean, we didn’t advertise it anywhere else. And, um, you know, we, we ran out again, you know, we gave away 1600, the first time ran out. We didn’t know there’d be so many people cause we just posted it the night before and everybody shut up.
31:40
32:03
So the next time we, we had 6,400 to give away. So we posted it, I think like three days ahead of time. And same thing, we were just slammed. We ran out of all 6,400 masks and less than three hours. So now we’re getting 50,000. And so, um, yeah, this, this is going to be something.
32:03
32:25
So I think what we’re going to do is we’re gonna give them away at, um, motorcycle dealerships, um, in all these areas, uh, uh, hopefully to get them on board because I got them all from law tigers, but you are the guys that are in our enamel group. You know, if y’all got any Nabal stuff, especially if,
32:25
32:42
again, any kind of masks or anything. So you see if you can’t get a motorcycle shop to let you do it in their parking lot, because you’re going to need you going to need one or two off duty police officers. Um, you’re going to need some traffic cones. You’re going to need people coordinating traffic. Then you’re going to need to put them in like bags and stuff and hand them to people.
32:43
33:04
And you’re just gonna need, um, you can get any, quite a few people to pull this off. Um, there’s a video on my Facebook page too. Y’all can go look at actually it’s at the very start of that, uh, of the aerial footage. Um, if you click on there, it kind of pans where all the employees are handing out the stuff.
33:04
33:28
But, um, so anyway, we’re still working on all the logistics on how to give away 50,000 face mass in four different cities. Uh, of course everybody’s thinking is how the hell did you find 50,000? Placemats when the New York city’s having trouble. Yeah. Well, see these aren’t in 95, you know, medical masks. These are what you call face shields.
33:28
33:51
They’re uh, I had one it’s well, a lot of tigers call them tubes. And it’s you just pull them down over your head. Do you have any kind of looked like a bank robber? Yeah, Justin’s got one here. Just like that. That’s what you’re giving away. That’s what we’re giving away. Um, so you kind of look like a bank robber as long as you don’t mind that,
33:51
34:14
but, uh, it’s pretty cool because what you can do just Justin, if you pull that up guys. No, no, that’s okay. You can get that way. Cute. You pull it up and then you can fold it down, like in half. So you get a little bit more protection. And then in between those two layers, you can put,
34:15
34:35
um, like a, um, uh, a gloss like material. So it protects your brain and even more, I can send you all a demo of a matter of fact, I need to do one myself. I’ll just do a demo and I’ll show you guys so you can make it like a really good mask though, that I don’t know what that is.
34:35
35:01
They’re just all different ones. There you go right there. Well, except I don’t see the cloth going in there and between the layers. Okay. I’ll do a demo and post it on Facebook, but man, people are just so grateful. And so thank you. They call our office just to say, thank you even, even though they didn’t get a mask,
35:01
35:18
you know, we, we ran out and they go, look, I was in, I was in line for hours and I didn’t get one, but I just want to thank you guys for doing this. And they’re, they’re sending us texts and they’re posted on our Facebook page and people just so grateful that we’re doing something. So know, I just think it’s working out great.
35:18
35:43
And we’re reaching a lot of people that, you know, wouldn’t, wouldn’t normally have much to do with this. And, uh, you know, we do tell, stay, stay posted to Facebook or, you know, follow our Facebook page for the nest next mass giveaway. And so we’re getting a whole lot of people following us on Facebook, just so they Can see when the next announcement is going to be more small.
35:44
36:03
That’s the main thing we’re doing. Right. And I, I put on a list every day for the pillow members, two places, you could get one place, you could get those that’s like you’re talking about. And then another company where you could get the little, what apps sanitized when they give out. It was about some point in doing that too.
36:03
36:42
Um, yeah. Yeah. Alright. Good deal. So, uh, well this is great. So we’re right on schedule to the, uh, I got roasted my man. Hey, do we have any questions? Probably won’t be today, but we might SI. Okay. Yep. I don’t see any questions, Eric. You still there? Okay.
36:43
37:08
Okay. I am here. I don’t see any questions you see any? I do not. Okay. Well, this is pretty self explanatory. I mean, you know, either do it or you don’t do it well, listen, I appreciate all of you taking out time and doing this. And I will give one bit of last advice. I gave this to all our mastermind members last week or the week before,
37:09
37:26
uh, go back and look at your leads since January that you wanted them to hire you and they did and send them a letter saying that, you know, you contacted us in the last 90 days. No, I don’t know if you’ve hired somebody. If you had just, you know, disregarding this and you have it want to let you know,
37:26
37:48
we’re still, even though there’s a lot, now we’re still open for business and we can jump around or DK. So you don’t even have to come into the office. We had a lawyer to do that. Chicago, he got 10 new cases. So that’s, it’s got nothing to do with the heart. But the, I do think that’s a that and calling clients like Jace,
37:48
38:17
uh, Jason did, or two things that you can really build up, you know? Cause calls are down for everybody. It’s not stop. Oh, we got Hartman and Herman up. Oh, okay. Okay. Pull it out for you guys while you got it. Cause I want them to see that the, uh, Okay, Look, Greg,
38:17
38:58
you’re getting out the mask and a bag. Yeah. And 4,000 coolers. Cause we only have like so many bags inside bags. Let’s add a little swag bag and everything. Little swag bag here. Here’s the first one we did. And uh, that’s awesome. That’s really great. That’s wild. The word originally. Get out Facebook. Just Facebook.
38:59
39:30
That’s cool. Look at it, Greg, if you’re driving, If you drive in that many people to show up in line to get stuff like that, I wonder if like a local taco restaurant or something wouldn’t want to show up and to sell tacos to people while they’re in line or I like that. That as well. Yeah. Anyway, so that was our first one.
39:30
39:58
And then I don’t know how to get out of here. You don’t have to get out of here. That’s okay. I mean, we got to see what I wanted to see. I wanted to see how you were doing it until you had signs set up and all that kind of stuff. Yeah. Like I said, that was the first one at our office,
39:58
40:16
which was too small. So the next time we did it And I’m at Brewster’s and you can see the arrow footage on our Facebook page. And so, yeah, We’ll try and get some aerial footage of this next one, but it’s gonna be all over. We got love for South Texas and it’s going to be crazy. I have 91 employees. So we’ll,
40:17
40:38
we’ll figure it out. We’re going to get a lot of volunteers out there. Yeah, absolutely. Well, thank you. And uh, stay safe, everyone. And uh, anything that we can do here at Kilmore to help anybody out there, uh, just give us a call or email us, just go to pivotal.org. Yeah, we do have a,
40:39
40:59
uh, Oh, Corona virus, a survival kit for lawyers. We’ve got replays of all the webinars we’ve been doing in the last five, six weeks. A lot of articles, some forms, different things to help you out. So until next time, this is Kim hardass and dedicated yourself success. Thank you guys so much for participating. I appreciate it.
41:03
41:03
Bye bye.
